FLOWERSTANDS IN WOOD FOR OUTDOORS

ArredoPlant ® outdoor wooden planters are produced with high-quality natural materials, properly treated to resist atmospheric agents*.
Available in two models, with flat boards, for classical settings, or round boards, for rustic settings.

A distinguishing feature of these rustic round-board planters is the thick plastic inside offering several advantages, compared to a wooden planter:

• Higher structure stiffness and long-lasting guarantee.
  Wood is, as a matter of fact, a natural material that is likely to deteriorate through time, cracking and rotting, mainly if in touch with soil and water. In these planters wood is never in contact with the container soil and water, thus allowing to preserve its aesthetic covering function for longer.
• The plastic inside keeps water and humidity better and longer(if compared to wood only). Therefore damp absorption and water or soil shedding from possible wood cracks are avoided.
  This grants a bigger and longer-lasting humidity quantity available to plants in dry spell and allows longer watering intervals.
  NB: The structure bottom is, however, provided with special drain holes for excess water so that even overwatering (or if planters are exposed to rain) harmful water stagnation is reduced.
• Moreover, since the soil is never in touch with wood, there is no risk for the plant to absorb noxious substances that the wood may be treated with.
• The wood-coated thick plastic sides provide the plant roots with higher heat proofing against summer heat (direct sun rays) as well as winter frost.

Compared to previous round board planters these are bigger, more capacious, also thanks to the special inside with perfectly vertical sides.
Some models can be supplied with espaliers.
Wheels can be fitted to the plastic structure of all articles.
